Disbursement dates for Summer 2024 and 2024-2025 academic year are shown below. Students borrowing for the first time and those borrowing one semester at a time should pay special attention to the disclosure statement provided by the Department of Education. The disbursement schedule for your loan(s) may be different than the schedule for your other Aid. Students enrolled entirely in late start courses will experience a delay in funding until their first class meeting.

Work Study / Student Employment Pay Dates:
Work study students (student employees) use the electronic timeclock at the beginning and end of each shift to record hours worked. Every two weeks, the electronic timesheet is submitted to the student’s supervisor for payment authorization. Timesheets must be submitted by 4:30pm on the day following the end of the pay period (every other Wednesday).
